Slightly pull the back of the cover to reveal the screw towards the back of the light assembly just below the brake light. Use a star wrench or you can use a straight screw driver, preferably one that has a bend to it. It will be difficult to get much room in there, you don't want to pull too hard to break the adhesive grip. When you have the screw loose, you can pull the light assembly out and replace the bulb. Then put it back in place and gently adjust the cover so you can screw the screw back in. That should work for you.
